All:  The State of Wisconsin now allows electronic delivery of Annual Meeting (A/R) materials via electronic mail IF the member(s) agree and acknowledge acceptance of electronic in lieu of hard copy (paper) postal mail.  So far 9 members have subscribed.

You have the right to continue to receive paper mailings; you are under no obligation to subscribe to electronic. However ...

If you would like to OPT IN to electronic delivery of this year's and all future A/R materials, please send a message saying "Yes, I/we accept electronic delivery for A/R materials" to me by Wednesday, June 4, 2025.  My email:  "send[underscore]to[underscore][email protected]"   link:  [email protected]

If you would like to continue receiving A/R materials via paper mailings via post office --OR-- if you have already signed up for electronic delivery at last year's meeting, you need do nothing.  

On Thursday, June 5, 2025, I'll mail out the paper copies to those who still wish to receive them or to those who've not yet replied or had a chance to reply.  We will also continue to accept electronic delivery agreements as they come in AND at the Annual Meeting when you register.

The A/R agenda and minutes of last year's 06/22/24 meeting are already posted on the website for your convenience.
